SAN SALVADOR, 13 MAY 2011 (INTERJUST). The Court 8 of Peace declared formal instruction with alternative measures against Manuel de Jesus Hernandez, 20 years old, Cristian Javier Lopez Osorio, 18, Irvin Javier Vela Osorio, 20, Juan Miguel Rodriguez, 25, Juan Carlos Lovo Luna , 24, Ricardo Flamenco Amilcar, 34, and Jonathan Alberto Herrera, 19, charged with assault and public disorder, to the detriment DAF, 26, and the public peace, respectively.
For the crime of injury, the defendants reached a settlement with the victim for a total of $ 175 for damage caused. Also banned will come near to the victim for 90 days.
