SPECIAL REVIEW OF MEASURES AGAINST JUDGE Reynerie
SAN SALVADOR, 05 MAY 2011 (INTERJUST). The Court Sentence 2 of San Salvador installed tomorrow at 2:00 pm special hearing for review of measures against Jesus Flores Lazo Reynerio charged with the crimes of preparatory acts for the crime of drug trafficking in prejudice public health, smuggling of goods and concealment, falsification or destruction of tax information to the detriment of public finances.
The defendant is to serve two years in detention since being extradited from Honduras to El Salvador, so that a special hearing be given to whether the accused will remain with other sustitutitas measures of pretrial detention, while performing the trial against him. According
