HOMICIDE CHARGED AGAINST PROVISIONAL DETENTION HOMCIDIO

SAN SALVADOR, 18 MAY 2011 (INTERJUST). The Peace Court No. 12 declared a formal statement against Salvador custody Amilcar Herrera, 30 years old, charged with manslaughter and reckless driving at the expense of GO 19 and the physical integrity of persons, respectively.

According to the prosecutor's investigation, the incident occurred on May 12 at 3 am in the Alameda Juan Pablo Segundo and 57th Avenue north of San Salvador, where the accused allegedly under the influence of intoxicants lost control of the vehicle P -644 to 935 and collided head-on against a post that holds the lights at the intersection, product of the incident with his companion was seriously injured and died later in hospital.

The site is presented agents of the Division of Traffic Accident Investigation National Civil Police (PNC) to assist the two men, the accused was transferred to the Social Security Hospital and the victim to the Rosales Hospital, where he died in primary emergency room.
