SAN SALVADOR, 04 MAY 2011 (INTERJUST). The Peace Court 12 º decree custody formal statement against Carlos Alberto Aparicio Padilla, 26 years old, accused of attempted murder at the expense of AA, 57. The investigation
prosecutor, the incident occurred on April 26 in Buenos Aires Extension, Main Street Old Railway end of San Salvador, where the accused, the victim's stepson cited to back a vehicle trying to buy due to lack of money. However, the meeting was not just to deliver the vehicle, because the defendant led to two men who tried to kill the victim with a firearm.
According to the prosecutor's investigation, that day the accused phoned her stepfather to be found in the colony on September 10, but then insisted that they meet in Buenos Aires Extension to deliver the car. Ensure the victim while waiting, watched his stepson who was driving the automobile and walked past him. I noticed that did not stop, but approximately 20 feet away. When he did, two men left the car and approached him, one of them pulled out a gun and began shooting.
The victim started running and heard the firing of shots that made him the subject, but finally overtook him and pointed towards the head. He claims that when he saw the gun so close he said: "My God, ampárame." The man pulled the trigger three times without getting any work because the gun jammed.
The victim took that opportunity to flee the scene until you reach the overpass, near the West Bus Terminal where he managed to take refuge in a warehouse in the area. The
same day the victim was submitted to the tax base to report their family and tell what happened. Later, in the framework of the investigation, authorities went to the scene where the inspection and collection of caps that were held by a few private security guards.
The judge assessed the evidence as sufficient reason to send the accused to a prison in the next twenty four hours. FIN
