Today the Federal Court the city issued its ruling on the objections to be done to Gregorio Rafael Molina, who participated in the illegal repression in the clandestine detention center "The Cave" , which worked on the premises of the old radar Airport Mar del Plata.
The former Air Force officer was sentenced to life imprisonment as an accomplice pressure necessary for the commission of the crime of murder in the cases of Drs Jorge Roberto Candeloro and Oscar Centeno Norberto . He was also convicted illegal deprivation of freedom, the suffering of 36 victims and rape of two women hostages who were under his care.
After the ruling family witnesses and fused into emotional embraces unleashing the contained excitement of many years of waiting. On the street the music eased tension and Ledda Muñoz, one of the victims, spoke of dignity, tenderness and remembrance of those who remained forever in the clandestine detention center Cave.
Foundations of the sentence will be announced next June 16 .
